"Customs fees caught me off guard"
My order did show up fine in the end but the whole tax and customs thing was really unclear.
I ended up having to pay extra when it arrived which I was not expecting. Maybe the info was on the site somewhere but I definitely did not notice it during checkout.
Support got back to me but it felt like copy paste answers. It is not the worst shop I have used but I probably would not order again unless they make the customs costs way more obvious

"It was okay, but I probably should’ve compared more"
Purchase Officials was alright for what I paid, nothing terrible happened or anything. At first I thought the price was decent, but I’ll admit I felt a little embarrassed afterward when I checked around and saw I might not have gotten the best value. The order itself went fine and there weren’t any major issues, I just expected a bit more for the money. Not bad, not amazing. I’d maybe use them again if there was a better deal.

I was just browsing around for a bit and clicking through different categories, not really expecting much at first. After a few minutes, I realized purchaseofficials.com actually had a lot more options than I thought. The selection made it easy to compare things and finally pick what I needed. I’d probably use the site again.

I ordered from purchaseofficials.com the product itself turned out good. It feels sturdy, looks like what was shown in the photos, and works the way I expected it to, so reading between the lines, they seem to be doing the important part right.
The only thing that kept it from being a full 5 stars for me was the packaging. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just could’ve been a little more secure or polished. Thankfully the item arrived fine, so overall I’m happy with it

I went ahead and ordered because the photos looked decent, but... the product details were kind of lacking. The sizing and material info weren’t really clear, so I felt like I was guessing more than I should have been.
What showed up was okay, not completely off or anything, but it also wasn’t quite what I had in mind. I just wish they had clearer descriptions and specs before checkout.

I was already expecting this to be one of those orders where I’d be stuck waiting forever, because that’s usually how it goes for me. But my order from purchaseofficials.com actually came faster than I expected, which kind of surprised me.
The tracking worked fine, the package showed up in good shape, and for once I didn’t have to deal with some delivery problem. I’m giving them 5 stars for shipping because that part went smoothly, even though I was fully prepared for something to go wrong.

"Canceling was way easier than I thought"
I had to cancel my order on purchaseofficials.com because I somehow ordered the wrong thing, and I was annoyed about it. Totally my fault, but I was still mad because I figured I’d end up stuck dealing with some drawn-out cancellation mess.
Surprisingly, it was simple. I sent the request, they replied, and they canceled it without giving me a hard time or making it awkward. They explained the refund info clearly too, so even though I was irritated at myself for messing up the order, the actual cancellation went fine.

I’ve ordered from purchaseofficials.com a few times now, and somehow the sizing has actually stayed consistent, which feels almost suspicious in the world of online clothing. My medium shirts fit just like the last batch, not skin-tight, not oversized enough to qualify as a blanket.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that one hoodie was a bit shorter than I expected. Not a tragedy, thankfully, since I can still wear it without looking like I borrowed it from a younger cousin. The return info was clear enough too, so no treasure hunt required.

I ordered a couple of things from Purchase Officials and, everything showed up just the way I expected. The sizes, colors, and quantities were all correct, which gave me a good feeling about the order once it arrived. My only small hesitation is that the tracking updates were a little slow at the beginning, so I wasn’t totally sure what to think at first. But my gut feeling ended up being right, the order was accurate and came through just fine. I’d say it was a solid 4-star experience.
